About Georgie Kovacs
As the founder of Fempower Health, Georgie has had the privilege of engaging directly with the best minds in healthcare, wellness, and advocacy—challenging them to address the questions that women are asking but the system too often ignores. Her unique position allows her to see the full picture: the patients struggling to navigate their health, the entrepreneurs trying to innovate without support, and the systemic forces keeping real solutions just out of reach.
But women don’t just need answers—they need tools. And so does the industry. She brings years of experience as a strategist and consultant, working at the intersection of healthcare and innovation, to provide those tools. She’s helped clients, audiences, and organizations not just identify problems, but solve them, and she is on a mission to create meaningful change in women’s health.

Transcript
When I started Fempower Health, it was because I saw a glaring problem: so much of women’s health is misunderstood, overlooked, or just not talked about. Yet, there are incredible experts out there who have the answers. These experts are out there doing incredible work, but they’re often hard to find. My goal has always been to bring their insights directly to you, cutting through the noise and equipping you with the tools to make informed decisions about your health.
Over the years, I’ve been honored to see the impact Fempower Health has had. I’ve heard from listeners who’ve used what they’ve learned to navigate their own health journeys and advocate for themselves, and even professionals who’ve applied the knowledge from the podcast to their work. Knowing this content has made a difference means the world to me, and it’s exactly why I created this platform.
As I look ahead, I know it’s time to reassess how Fempower Health can evolve. The conversation around women’s health has grown significantly, thanks in large part to social media. Yet, the challenges of limited time and figuring out what to trust remain.
When I started Fempower Health, my intention was never simply to be a podcaster. I am a problem solver at heart, driven by a genuine desire to make the right impact on women’s health.
To do this, I’ve poured my energy, passion, and resources into building this platform—all while self-funding it. It has been a labor of love, but I’ve realized that to ensure Fempower Health continues to thrive, I need to take a step back and reflect on how to best move forward.
We’ve all seen incredible role models, like Simone Biles, who’ve recognized the importance of pausing to prioritize their well-being and focus. Now, it’s my turn to do the same. This isn’t the end—it’s an opportunity to recharge, refocus, and ensure that I’m building something sustainable and impactful for the long term.
I’d love your input as I reflect on what’s next. What have you enjoyed? What do you want more or less of? What could I do differently? Your feedback will help shape the future of Fempower Health.
In the meantime, let’s stay connected. Visit fempower-health.com to sign up for the newsletter—it’s a great way to stay informed without being tied to social media.
